Typical sequences include: consulting study → automation implementation → integration to MES → technical support during ramp-up. We quote each phase with exit criteria so you can pause between phases without losing continuity. Single-phase engagements are equally welcome when scope is already defined.
Engagement boundaries
We do not perform high-voltage electrical installation, structural fabrication, or unrelated IT desktop support unless explicitly scoped as coordination with your qualified contractors. We do coordinate with OEM machine builders when their PLC programs must interface to plant standards.

Procurement and onboarding
New vendors to your organisation pass through your onboarding—insurance, WHS induction, cyber questionnaires. We complete these promptly and flag when a question assumes IT-only scope that does not fit OT work. Purchase orders should reference deliverable list and acceptance method to avoid disputes at SAT.
Warranty and defect periods
Defect liability for logic errors discovered during hypercare is corrected at our cost when root cause is our delivery. Issues arising from mechanical wear, unauthorised downloads, or third-party changes outside our control are quoted separately. Warranty terms are stated in the proposal—not hidden in fine print discovered after go-live.
Capacity and scheduling honesty
We decline work when schedule overlap would force inexperienced staff onto critical shutdowns. That honesty protects you more than overcommitting. Peak demand periods around end of financial year are booked early; request quotes with realistic windows so we can hold mobilisation slots.
