Quoting process

We do not issue fixed-price quotes from vague one-line emails. The process below keeps assumptions visible and protects your shutdown schedule.

  1. Enquiry review — We confirm service line, location in Victoria, and whether the work is greenfield, brownfield, or support-only.
  2. Clarification call — Typically 30–45 minutes with your maintenance or project lead to understand constraints, standards, and target dates.
  3. Written proposal — Scope, deliverables, exclusions, schedule bands, and commercial terms. Change control method stated up front.
  4. Mobilisation — Site induction, access, and document receipt. Work proceeds per agreed delivery approach.

Indicative response time: two business days for complete enquiries submitted during Victorian business hours.
