Project Technical Support

Experienced controls engineers on site and on call during commissioning, ramp-up, and hypercare—when the schedule cannot absorb learning curves.

Technical support is where projects win or lose reputation. Logic that passed FAT can still stumble on the first full-speed run. TECHNLOGIX PTY LTD provides structured site support so issues are triaged, fixed, and documented—not patched verbally and forgotten.

Support models

Commissioning support — Embedded during install and startup window; joint walkthrough with mechanical and electrical trades; IO check, dry runs, and paced speed-up to production.

Hypercare — Post-go-live period with daily check-ins, trend review, alarm rationalisation backlog, and priority response for stoppages attributable to controls scope.

Surge capacity — Short-term assistance when your internal engineers are committed elsewhere but a vendor FAT or site test cannot move.

How we work on your site

We follow your permits, inductions, and lockout rules without exception. Changes are logged; backups taken before downloads. We communicate through your nominated channel—maintenance supervisor, project manager, or control room lead—so instructions do not conflict. When root cause spans disciplines, we facilitate evidence sharing rather than blaming trades.

Issue management

Punch lists use unique IDs, severity, owner, and target date. Temporary bypasses are flagged with removal dates. We distinguish tuning from design defects so commercial conversations stay honest. When a defect is out of scope—mechanical wear, for example—we document observations and stop at our boundary unless you widen scope.

Knowledge transfer

Support ends poorly when experts fly home leaving no trail. We leave updated drawings, revised logic exports matching running processors, and short video or annotated screenshots for complex procedures where your teams request them. Training sessions focus on faults that actually occurred during hypercare—not generic slides.

Engaging support without prior delivery

You may hire us to support another integrator’s project if documentation and access are provided. We perform a readiness review first: backups, network access, and a single point of authority for logic changes. Without that, support hours burn on archaeology.
